Who runs these sites
Tom McGlynn, trading as Music Mastery. Contact: tom@musicmasteryhq.com.
What we collect
- Booking details — if you book a lesson through Calendly, Calendly handles your name, email and chosen time under its own privacy policy.
- Messages — if you message on WhatsApp or by email, we use what you send only to reply to you.
- Usage analytics — Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and doesn't identify you personally.
- Advertising cookies — only if you click "Allow all" on the cookie banner. These let us show relevant posts on Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok after you've visited. Change your choice any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
The student tools
The tools don't create accounts and don't save your work between visits. Nothing about you is stored. The Practice Log is the exception: Premium members sign in with a username and password, and their practice sessions are saved so they and Tom can see progress over time.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing tom@musicmasteryhq.com. We're based in the UK and follow UK GDPR.
